Chloe Payne is an accomplished actor, singer, and writer. They obtained their BA in Musical Theater Performance from Columbia College Chicago. They have also trained professionally with the Seattle Children's Theatre and the historic Second City improv theater in Chicago. With over ten years of theatrical credits, they have been featured on stages in Seattle, Chicago, St. Louis, and their adopted hometown of Portland, Oregon. Also an experienced busker, Chloe has most recently been focusing on music by creating videos for YouTube and commission songwriting projects.
